***How to install LCD Screen?

1.Carefully remove all screw covers and screws from the LCD bezel.Then remove the screws that hold the frame onto the laptop lid.Finally,remove the holding screws from the LCD panel.

2.Take off the bezel:Gently insert your fingers between the bezel and the lower edge of the LCD panel,and then remove the bezel all around,up to the top edge of the panel.This process allows  you to detach the bezel from the frame.

3.Carefully tilt the LCD panel toward the front.Watch out!The cables are still connected!!

4.Pull the data plug out of the display.

5.Now remove the backlight plug from the inverter.Please remember that you should not pull at the connection!

6.For the installation of a new LCD panel,repeat the process in reverse order(Caution:High Voltage!!you must cut off the power supply)

***What is A+ grade, A grade, B grade for LCD screen?

LG,Samsung,ChiMei,AU are professional in developing and manufacturing LCD screens.You'd better choose one of these brands.

Normally,A+ Grade LCD Screen means no dead pixel,so it is best.

While A Grade,1 or 2 dead pixel (better)

And B grade LCD screen might be with 3-5 dead pixel.

In accordance with ISO 13406-2 norms, 2-5 deal pixel for LCD screens is acceptable.

For me,I prefer to A+ Grade LCD screen although the price is slightly higher.

***What is A+ grade, A grade, B grade for LCD screen?

Both CCFL and LED lamp are applied to LCD screen. Then, how to know my LCD screen is CCFL or LED? It's easy. A LCD screen with CCFL lamp comes with 2 cables and connector like this picture,while a LCD screen with LED lamp does not.
